Membership Fees For 2025/26After a period of more than 5 years of unchanged membership
fees, the Board has made the decision to raise membership fees by approximately
5%, effective 1 July 2025. This increase will affect the majority of the
membership categories. This decision has not been made lightly but the Board
believes that the additional income generated is necessary to properly manage
the successful operational and course management of the Club. Membership fees are just one of the revenue levers available
to the Board and each of them are under regular review. Over the 5-6 year
period since the last fee change, the increases in costs across all facets of
the Club’s operations have risen substantially - in line with, and in some
cases in excess of the cost of living inflation which has averaged 3.5% per
annum over the last 5 years. To list them all would be difficult, but a short list of the
biggest hits to the Club’s net profit position include - staff wages,
insurances, inputs to course maintenance & operational safety issues. The Board has ongoing plans to continue spending on a
pipeline of projects on the golf course, clubhouse & maintenance
facilities. In addition to the proposed project costs, the Board is
determined to provide members with a high-quality golf course and an enjoyable
Club house environment. We are confident that by managing our revenue sources
efficiently, continued improvements to the Club’s facilities can be achieved.
That said, spending decisions will be prudent and in line with revenue
performance and cost management. The new fee structure is set out in the below table. Fee
accounts will be sent to members in early July for payment by the end of July. Regards
